About The Position

The Guidewire Architect position is focused on designing and implementing solutions using Guidewire's cloud features and architecture. The role requires a strong technical background with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including hands-on implementation and architecture design. The architect will be responsible for leading the delivery of solutions, mentoring teams, and ensuring adherence to best practices. The position also involves staying updated on new features and technologies, as well as collaborating with program and solution leads.

Requirements

• GWPC ACE/Specialist certification.
• GWPC hands-on and implementation experience for a minimum of 5+ years.
• Experience in GWPC architecture, design, data models, and integration.
• Experience with GWPC cloud version.
• Experience with GWPC APD (Advanced Product Designer).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Guidewire Claimcenter.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions and own delivery until implementation.
• Architect solutions leveraging cloud-native patterns, microservices, and Guidewire's cloud features.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practice adherence.
• Stay updated on new Guidewire features and version upgrades, AI/ML, and emerging technologies.
• Work with program and solution leads of the customer.
• Attend offshore calls in overlapping timings, guide and review the work done.
• Lead the team and be accountable for the delivery of the team.
• Drive for results.
• Be the face of the team in customer meetings.
• Coach and guide team members.
