About The Position
The Guidance Specialist/Counselor at Trabuco Hills High School is responsible for providing academic, career, and personal/social guidance services to students in grades 7-12. This role involves establishing guidance programs, coordinating with various stakeholders, and offering support to students and parents to prepare them for post-high school opportunities. The counselor will also provide crisis counseling, facilitate communication among educators and families, and assist with student placement and testing.
