Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) with at least 24 semester hours in relevant areas such as tests and measurement, adult education, educational program administration, curriculum development, teaching methods, guidance and counseling, career planning, or occupational information.
  • One year of specialized experience in providing education and career development counseling to military and civilian personnel.
  • A college or university-sponsored practicum in counseling is required.
  • Documentation of relevant experience and education must be provided.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's or equivalent graduate degree in counseling or educational counseling.
  • Experience in conducting educational briefings and promoting self-development programs.
