The Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel is looking for an Housekeeping Guestroom Attendant. The ideal person shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels. Work authorization for the location is required. The Guestroom Attendant delivers the best Rooms experience for our guests through attention to detail , ensur ing all guest rooms are clean and up to standard . This role anticipates , customizes, and services guest’s needs before being asked and is knowledgeable about hotel offerings and amenities. This role is part of the Housekeeping department , reporting into the Assistant Director of Housekeeping .

Requirements

  • One+ year experience working in hotel housekeeping is considered an asset
  • Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Clean, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure
  • Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms
  • Provides turndown service for guests
  • Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
