About The Position
Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort offers a luxurious adults-only wellness enclave on the secluded Hawaiian island of Lāna‘i. Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a Guest Room Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
Requirements
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Weekend and holiday availability required
Responsibilities
- Services guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests and is responsible for their overall comfort level.
- Cleans, dusts, stocks, organizes and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to Four Seasons standards and procedures.
