This essential role will serve as the initial point of contact for the hospital entrance with the knowledge and ability to guide all entering the hospital through the Visitor Welcoming System. This role is responsible for greeting patients and visitors promptly in a warm and friendly manner, demonstrating the appropriate amount of interest/concern, utilizing the Visitor Welcoming System and Epic to verify all visits/appointments, providing relevant information regarding patient information, hospital services, maps, directions, and policies, and procedures. Employees at this level are developing their skills and understanding of the needs of the patients, visitors, and families. The Guest Services Representative works closely with Security and the Service Excellence team to maintain a patient and family-centered care culture. Shift: Full Time (40 hours), Rotating Shift, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, or 10:30 am - 7:30 pm. Every other weekend and holiday.
