About The Position

The Guest Support Team Member at Hideaway Pizza is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. This role emphasizes adherence to the Hideaway Service Standards and creating a fun, inviting atmosphere while maintaining cleanliness and safety. The position requires a commitment to superior service and knowledge of the menu to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Have and maintain required licenses: Food Handlers, state and county specific.
• Work a varied schedule, including shifts, days, holidays, doubles, positions, and events.
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook and job-specific training guides.
• Meet physical requirements: standing (8 hours), walking, lifting (40 pounds), stooping, carrying (25 pounds), and wiping.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Hideaway Service Standards and Steps of Service for every guest.
• Sincerely welcome and thank every guest, creating a warm atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.
