About The Position

The Guest Service Representative at Speaking Rock Entertainment is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a thorough knowledge of the center's games and services. This role involves assisting customers, facilitating communication within the team, and ensuring the property is well-decorated for promotions and events.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Culturally sensitive to minority populations, especially Native Americans.
• Must be able to successfully pass a post-offer drug screen and criminal history background check.

Nice To Haves

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Enthusiastic and shows intense enjoyment and interest in the role.
• Works well as a member of a group.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a working knowledge of Speaking Rock Entertainment Center's games and services to effectively explain to customers and clients.
• Provide smooth, courteous, and efficient service to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of the property and current/upcoming special events to advise customers and fellow employees.
• Facilitate the flow of information by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
• Responsible for decoration of Speaking Rock Entertainment Center based on promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
