About The Position
The Guest Specialist in the Membership department at the Museum of Modern Art is responsible for creating a positive experience for guests, encouraging repeat visits, membership conversions, and promoting the Museum through excellent customer service. This role involves selling tickets and memberships, assisting guests with their visit planning, and maintaining a welcoming environment throughout the Museum.
