Role and Responsibilities Rotate through housekeeping, kids’ program, and dining room duties based on daily scheduling needs. Complete weekly dishwashing shifts as assigned. Assist with additional ranch operations, which may include hiking guiding, bartending, retail shop support, airport transportation, landscaping, high ropes course facilitation, or golf course duties. Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests in all areas of the ranch. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, safety, and hospitality across all workstations. Work collaboratively with fellow team members to create a seamless and memorable guest experience. Adapt to a wide variety of tasks and changing priorities throughout the season. Contribute to a positive, community-focused living and working environment.
