Our Guest Services Ambassadors (GSAs) are essential in creating best-in-class guest experiences-from the moment fans arrive to the moment they depart. We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments for every guest. Positions start at $16 per hour and vary throughout each event. Which range from Ushers, Premium Space Greeters, Elevator Operators and many more. A GSA may be assigned or reassigned to any post based on the needs of the event and will execute all posts assigned by leadership.
