About The Position

At Parks Hospitality Group, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Guest Services Supervisor to lead our front desk team. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee daily front desk operations, provide excellent guest service, and mentor a team of Guest Services Representatives. You’ll ensure smooth and efficient front desk procedures while handling complex guest interactions and collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in a front desk or guest services role in a hotel.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of property management systems and front desk procedures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve guest issues with tact and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • TIPS certification required at hire to ensure responsible alcohol service.
  • CPR certification required to ensure safety in emergency situations.
  • Prior experience with cash handling, including accurate transaction processing.

Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor Guest Services Representatives, ensuring they provide exceptional guest service.
  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring procedures are followed and guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing any issues or special requests.
  • Resolve guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and a focus on positive outcomes.
  • Ensure guest information and reservations are managed effectively in the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Monitor front desk staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to meet guest needs.
  • Oversee front desk administrative tasks, including tracking inventory and maintaining supplies.
