About The Position

The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing all front-gate and guest-facing service operations at the waterpark. This role supervises ticketing operations, Guest Services Associates, and third-party event management contract staff to ensure a positive, efficient, and welcoming experience for all guests. The Supervisor also coordinates and manages pool parties, pavilion rentals, and locker rentals.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Comfortable handling guest concerns and conflict resolution
  • Basic computer proficiency and point-of-sale system experience required

  • Prior customer service or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily ticketing and front gate operations
  • Ensure accurate POS transaction procedures
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Directly supervise Guest Services Associates
  • Oversee third-party event management contract staff working on-site
  • Assist with onboarding and training of guest services team members
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action when necessary
  • Create and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs
  • Coordinate and manage pool parties and rentals
  • Oversee pavilion rental scheduling, setup coordination, and guest communication
  • Act as liaison between party host and third-party catering company
  • Manage locker rental operations, including inventory and guest assistance
  • Serve as primary on-site contact for event hosts and group leaders
  • Ensure event areas are properly prepared and meet park standards
  • Maintain accurate records for ticketing, rentals, and event bookings
  • Ensure compliance with park policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and safety
