The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing all front-gate and guest-facing service operations at the waterpark. This role supervises ticketing operations, Guest Services Associates, and third-party event management contract staff to ensure a positive, efficient, and welcoming experience for all guests. The Supervisor also coordinates and manages pool parties, pavilion rentals, and locker rentals.
