The Delta Hotel Green Bay has an immediate opening for an experienced Guest Services Supervisor (MOD) available for a full-time flexible schedule in Green Bay, Wisconsin Previous hotel experience required and Opera and Marriott Brand experience preferred. This position pays $21 per hour. Job Purpose: Responds in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in-house guests by providing accurate and timely information and services. Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns. Warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance reassure guests they’ve made the right choice to stay with us. Supports Front Office Manager in overseeing front desk operations and ensuring all guest issues and concerns are resolved.
