About The Position

We are seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to: Bring their remarkable hospitality and supervisory skills to lead Guest Services employees in delivering exceptional patient and family experience across UW Health. Oversee the success of the Guest Services Ambassador program, which assists patients and customers in wayfinding and personal navigation throughout the facility. Be responsible for the hiring, managing, coaching, and development of employees, budgeting for the department, partnering with leadership to improve patient and guest experiences, and oversight of concierge services. Bring an enthusiastic, community-oriented approach to genuinely influence the customer service experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or four years’ experience in lieu of degree
  • 3 years of progressively responsible experience working in the hospitality or healthcare industry Required
  • Valid driver’s license in the person’s state of residence.
  • Must be 18 years of age and have two (2) years of driving experience to operate a golf cart or utility terrain vehicle Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of supervisory experience Preferred
