Responsibilities

• Run the show at the Front Desk and keep the good vibes rolling
• Hype up your team with pre-shift pep talks
• Jump in like a hero when things get wild
• Be the Manager on Duty — the calm in the storm, the problem-solver, the guest-whisperer
• Team up with other departments to keep everything running smoother than a La Jolla sunset
• Lead by example and sprinkle kindness, professionalism, and positivity like confetti
• Handle guest requests, tricky situations, and spontaneous dance-offs
