DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS OF WORK AND ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES Employees in this classification perform customer service-related duties as Guest Services Specialist across all properties in the KDC portfolio. Work varies but is generally governed by company policies as described in the current Employee Policy Manual, regulations, and operating procedures. Job performance is reviewed regularly by the Guest Services Manager. This is not a remote position and attendance is a crucial part of this position. The Guest Services Specialist will have a “can do” attitude and is expected to be resourceful, flexible, self- motivated, and courteous. The Guest Services Specialist is confident working independently while demonstrating a strong sense of personal responsibility and a passion for assisting the guests at the Bellevue Collection.
