DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS OF WORK AND ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES Employees in this classification perform customer service-related duties as Guest Services Specialist across all properties in the KDC portfolio. Work varies but is generally governed by company policies as described in the current Employee Policy Manual, regulations, and operating procedures.  Job performance is reviewed regularly by the Guest Services Manager.  This is not a remote position and attendance is a crucial part of this position.   The Guest Services Specialist will have a “can do” attitude and is expected to be resourceful, flexible, self- motivated, and courteous. The Guest Services Specialist is confident working independently while demonstrating a strong sense of personal responsibility and a passion for assisting the guests at the Bellevue Collection. Requirements

  • Knowledge of the principles and practices related to customer service.
  • Strong initiative, job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand, remember and carry out written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems or issues and develop an effective course of action.
  • Proven comfort and experience to interact effectively with all levels of management, guests, associates, and clientele, both inside and outside of the organization.
  • Organizational and personal interface skills.
  • Learn and retain knowledge of the layout of all properties and entities within the Bellevue Collection.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer Service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Positively and professionally represent The Bellevue Collection Brand
  • Know each of the properties (Bellevue Square, Lincoln Square, Bellevue Place) and be able to direct guests to locations at each property.
  • Direct Guests to stores, restaurants and entertainment venues at The Bellevue Collection
  • Answer phones
  • Contact stores and restaurants as needed for customers
  • Issue Wheelchairs and Mobility scooters to Guests in need
  • Receive, log and store Lost and Found Items
  • Issue Gift Cards to The Bellevue Collection
  • Computer, printer and POS system interface
  • Manage cash, credit and check transactions
  • Nightly sales drop
  • Direct Guests to locations outside of The Bellevue Collection as Needed
  • Holiday Hours/Shifts will vary
  • Point of contact for security interface.
