About The Position

As a Guest Services Specialist focused on Dining Experience, you will be a key player in both the preparation and service of food and beverages at our property. You will be responsible for both the preparation of food and beverage menu items and the delivery of attentive, personalized service. Your ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs, combined with your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality, will ensure that each guest’s dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Requirements

  • Multi-Faceted Hospitality Expertise: Experience in both food preparation and guest service, with a passion for delivering high-quality, memorable dining experiences.
  • Flexibility: A versatile team member who can seamlessly switch between back-of-house and front-of-house roles to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Ensure all dishes are cooked and presented according to the property’s F&B brand standards.
  • Service Excellence: Set up the dining area, serve food and beverages to guests, and maintain the highest standards of presentation and service. Regularly engage with guests to anticipate their needs, offering assistance and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Cleanliness & Maintenance: Perform general cleaning and maintenance of food and beverage prep areas and equipment to ensure a pristine environment. Keep the dining area organized and inviting, consistently upholding the property’s brand and hospitality standards.
  • Guest Interaction: Proactively check in with guests during their dining experience to anticipate needs and offer personalized recommendations based on preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Gather and utilize guest feedback to continually enhance the dining experience. Use insights to suggest improvements and personalize future interactions.
  • Training & Development: Engage in training sessions focused on enhancing guest service, culinary skills, and emergency procedures. Ensure all necessary certifications are current and that all practices meet health and safety standards.
