The Experience Guest Services Associate makes an impact by ensuring that guests visiting the Turkey Hill Experience have a pleasant and enjoyable experience by assisting in their respective area: Front Desk, Exhibits, and Taste Lab. Front Desk associates are responsible for ticketing and other general purchases. Exhibits associates oversee their respective areas, greeting guests, answering any questions they might have, making sure they know where to go, and ensuring inventory is properly stocked.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Comfortability speaking in front of large groups.
• Pleasant personality and neat appearance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enthusiasm to learn about all aspects of the Turkey Hill Experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
• Assist in respective areas: Front Desk, Exhibits, and Taste Lab.
• Handle ticketing and general purchases at the Front Desk.
• Greet guests and answer questions in the Exhibits area.
• Ensure inventory is properly stocked.
