About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable Guest Services & Reservations Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our business. This team member will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, responding to general inquiries about our offerings, and assisting guests with information related to hours of operation, pricing, and private event bookings. The ideal candidate is professional, articulate, and highly organized, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Weekend and evening availability is required.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, event venues, or service industries
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and retain detailed information about the business
  • Comfortable working on evenings and weekends as part of a rotating schedule
  • Proficient in basic computer systems, phone systems, and CRM or scheduling software (training provided if necessary)

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding hours of operation, rates, services, and upcoming events
  • Respond to general questions from customers via phone, email, and possibly online chat or text systems
  • Offer guidance on the private event booking process and gather preliminary details for follow-up by the sales or events team
  • Maintain knowledge of all services, pricing packages, seasonal promotions, and policies
  • Record guest inquiries, contact information, and notes in the designated CRM or call log system
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to relay guest needs or escalate issues
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to reservations, guest follow-ups, and daily call summaries
  • Maintain a calm and helpful demeanor under pressure and during high-call-volume periods
