As a Guest Services Representative (GSR), you’re the friendly face and helpful voice that makes each guest feel right at home — from the first “hello” to the final “thank you.” You’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring our guests’ stays are smooth, warm, and worry-free. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Friendly, professional, and dependable
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Adaptable to change and eager to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience preferred — hospitality experience is a plus!
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests with a genuine smile and managing check-in/check-out efficiently
  • Anticipating needs and resolving guest questions or issues quickly and professionally
  • Communicating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless service
  • Handling calls, messages, and emails with positivity and care
  • Keeping accurate records, shift checklists, and reports
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
