Your Purpose as a Guest Services Representative:

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Accurately receives cash, checks, and credit card payments for service work.
  • Accurately calculate and communicate repair orders.
  • Verify the identity of the person picking up the vehicle by checking their name on credit card, check, or driver’s license.
  • Organize and file repair orders, invoices, and lists of missing documents.
  • Reconcile cash drawer during shift changes and daily for start/end of business.
  • Supply amenities for the customer waiting area and help keep it clean.
  • Provide backup assistance to all customer relations departments as needed.
  • Assists in the delivery of vehicles, if needed.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
