As a Guest Services Representative, you’ll provide exceptional customer service while supporting event logistics and attendee management. This role involves handling travel details, hotel rooming lists, and registration updates, as well as monitoring client inboxes and ensuring accurate reporting. You’ll work closely with Meeting Event Managers, clients, and suppliers to deliver a smooth experience for all participants.
