At Canyon Ranch our Guest Services Representatives are the direct connect to our guests and the beginning of their transformational experience. You will make sure that each arriving guest has all the details of their stay confirmed so they can being the Canyon Ranch experience immediately. You are the source of all knowledge, from restaurant hours to the best place to enjoy a quiet moment of reflection. With all the experiences we have to offer, you will start them on their journey with everything they will need. Provides services within the three functions of the Front Office (Guest Services, PBX, and Bell Services). Responsible for providing a high level of attention and customer service to all internal and external clients. Schedule (Days & Hours worked): 5 days a week (2 days off, together, during the week) Compensation: $17.50 per hour
