About The Position
The Town of Snowmass Village is looking to hire a Guest Services Representative to join our Tourism team! We have the following shifts available: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 9AM-4PM This is an in-person part-time seasonal position, offering part-time benefits We are looking for an enthusiastic Guest Services Representative that will greet and assist guests and locals by providing accurate information about the Snowmass and Aspen area and answer any other inquiries. The Guest Services Representative will provide information work and work at both Town Park Station and in the mall. The Guest Services Representative would work
Requirements
- Familiar with the Snowmass and Aspen area
- Ability to work independently and accurately with frequent interruptions
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous hospitality/customer service experience
- Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suit
Responsibilities
- Greet guests entering the building, respond to guest inquiries effectively and accurately, maintain appropriate amount of area brochures, answer phone, respond to emails, and track guest inquiries
- Obtain Snowmass area information from different sources when necessary. Obtain Snowmass stakeholder information when requested
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times; establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with all co-workers, clients, professional contacts and community members; communicate clearly
- Maintain a professional demeanor and displays behavior that is courteous, polite, responsive and respectful to all other
- Assist the general public by answering questions while providing related materials and brochures relative to the Town of Snowmass Village and the surrounding area
