As a Part-Time Guest Services Representative , you’ll be one of the first to welcome guests and ensure their stay exceeds expectations. You’ll assist with reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries while maintaining a warm, professional, and proactive presence throughout each interaction.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service at all times, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
Handle guest reservations and inquiries promptly and courteously, answering the phone with professionalism.
Process check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately using the Maestro and Aloha systems.
Maintain a strong knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, and promotions.
Coordinate with Concierge Services to arrange guest experiences on and off the property.
Uphold the highest standards of accuracy, security, and confidentiality of guest information.
Communicate effectively and positively with team members and management.
Adhere to attendance and appearance standards and arrive to work on time as scheduled.
Assist in promoting on-site amenities and upsell guest experiences when appropriate.
Contribute ideas to enhance the guest experience and achieve overall service excellence.
