ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Deliver Texas Hospitality to all Guests of Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium. Greeting and directing Guests and answering questions about Globe Life Field/Choctaw Stadium offerings and policies. Welcoming Guests into the venue and ensuring they are set up for a great experience. Resolve Guest concerns and accommodate special requests. Use knowledge of Globe Life Field and Rangers history to engage with Guests to deliver exceptional service. Promote a safe and friendly environment for all Guests by identifying and reporting inappropriate behavior, safety risks, and medical situations. Positions include Ticket Scanner, Bag Check, Usher, Elevator Operator, Escalator Operation, Guest Services, and Ambassador. In addition to working Texas Rangers baseball games, this role requires the ability to work a wide range of events, from small corporate meetings to large-scale events, including concerts, graduations, and major sporting events. All other duties as assigned. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: A positive attitude and a service mindset. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to continuously stand and walk 4-8 hours throughout the venue. Ability to work outdoors and indoors in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and other environmental elements, as required.
