As a Guest Services Representative for High Hotels Ltd., you are required to positively represent the hotel to the guest by responding courteously and efficiently to guest needs, acting as a source of information about the hotel and local area, assisting with arrivals and departure, operating the switchboard, and handling departmental accounting and financial transactions as they relate to this position. Location: The SpringHill Suites, located on Midlantic Drive in Mt Laurel, NJ. This is a part-time position with shifts in the evenings starting at 3 PM, 4 PM, or 5 PM and running until 11 PM. Scheduling will vary, and candidates must be flexible to train for and cover Night Audit shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Weekends include a $1/hour shift premium! Starting Rate: 17.80/hr. Potential for increase is based on experience.
