About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Guest Services Representative Slots is to assist guests with slot machine payouts and enrollment in the company Players Club program. All duties are to be performed following departmental property policies, practices, and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Guest Service experience.
• Experience working in a similar resort setting, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pays slot machine jackpots, performs hopper fills and completes the required paperwork neatly and accurately.
• Enroll guests in the company Players Club.
• Make minor repairs to slot machines by clearing coin jams, hopper jams, and EZ-Pay ticket jams.
• Circulate through an assigned section and responds to slot machine lights in a quick and timely manner.
• Keep well informed of the various types of slot machines on the casino floor to better assist guests in looking for a particular type of machine or denomination.
• Maintain a 'pouch pay' currency bank to pay hand-pay jackpots and provide change assistance to guests.
• Recommend shows, restaurants, and attractions to guests and stay current on company and departmental news and events to answer guests' questions.
• Report all underage persons to Supervisor and/or Security, as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
