About The Position

Kansas Speedway, located in Kansas City, Kansas, is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Guest Services Representatives to greet guests upon entry. This role involves handling front-facing duties, interacting with guests as they enter and exit the grandstands, and assisting in creating the "Best Guest Experience in Motorsports." The position requires availability for events scheduled for May 8th - 11th and September 25th - 28th.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with guests at all times
• Must be available to work race weekends
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Golf cart drivers must possess a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle license inspection report

Responsibilities

• Transporting ADA guests to and from the parking lots via golf carts
• Operating trams to and from the campgrounds
• Working as representatives in info booths
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism during guest interactions
• Ensuring a positive guest experience at all times
