This is a Casual position with no set schedule. The Guest Services Rep in this role will cover openings in the schedule. Days and evenings, weekday and weekend shifts. The Guest Services Rep reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. Provides reception and assistance to all visitors, vendors, and patients of Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital and answers, screens, and direct internal and external phone calls. Provides appropriate communications in emergency situations. Provides infection control screening for all employees, visitors, vendors, and outpatients. All services are performed with the highest level of customer service.
