Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of previous customer service, security, or hospitality-related experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with fluency in English.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
• Flexibility and a positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities.
• Ability to perform minimal physical activity such as carrying small packages.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically welcome guests and anticipate their needs.
• Assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations.
• Engage visitors, employees, and callers warmly and helpfully.
• Act as a central point of contact for information and wayfinding.
• Monitor and maintain the front desk and lobby area to reflect brand standards.
• Execute the badging process for employees and visitors.
• Implement and monitor service standards to exceed expectations.
• Connect with clients and support teams to anticipate needs and deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with facility services to ensure a safe work environment.
• Prepare for meetings and events by communicating across teams.
• Create work orders for maintenance and safety concerns.
• Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure security and privacy.
