About The Position
The Guest Services Manager at the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the guest experience at the Billy Graham Library. This role includes managing a team of guest services associates, ensuring exceptional visitor experiences, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and staff. The manager will also handle training, standard operating procedures, and manage the online and point-of-sale reservations system.
