About The Position

The Guest Services Manager (Assistant Customer Service Manager/Assistant Front End Department Manager) is passionate about providing supervision and direction to the front-end team while maintaining high standards of guest service throughout the front-end operations. A typical shift will include bookkeeping tasks and assisting the Sr. Guest Services Manager with Guest Services, self-check-outs, regular checkouts, bagging area, parcel pickup, cart room, click and collect, and parking lot areas.

Requirements

  • Friendly and dependable personality.
  • Ability to work with guests effectively.
  • Experience in customer service or retail management is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a grocery retail environment.
  • Leadership experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct the front-end team.
  • Maintain high standards of guest service throughout front-end operations.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks.
  • Assist the Sr. Guest Services Manager with various guest services.
  • Oversee self-check-outs and regular checkouts.
  • Manage the bagging area and parcel pickup.
  • Supervise the cart room and click and collect services.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in parking lot areas.
