The Guest Services Manager creates and maintains a welcoming, world-class experience for all guests as they navigate the attraction. They lead a team that joyfully engages guests throughout the Museum by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing options to enhance the overall experience. This position collaborates with other ministry departments, such as Events, Exhibit Maintenance, AV and Public Safety to ensure the best possible experience for our guests.
