About The Position

Our Guest Service Manager serves as a main point of contact for all guest requests. This person is responsible for greeting and assisting our guests, motivating, training, and retaining associates and ensures excellent guest satisfaction and brand standards are being met. Requirements

  • Reliable, self-motivated and good time management
  • Must be a fast learner, obtain strong organizational skills and be able to multitask
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, days, and nights
  • Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and maintain sanitary conditions
  • Strong skills in oral and written communication and computer knowledge 
  • Cash handling skills
  • Preferred knowledge in a PMS (depending on brand: FOSSE, Lightspeed, SynXis. etc.)
