The Guest Services Manager at Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Ohio Valley is responsible for creating a welcoming and supportive environment for families staying at the House.   • Oversee tracking of guest information and stays in compliance with policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for guest families, resolving conflicts or concerns.
  • Monitor the condition of the House, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
  • Lead a guest-centric team to foster a positive guest experience.
  • Provide resources and emotional support to families.
  • Supervise Guest Services Associates and manage third-shift staff.

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, social services, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in guest services, hospitality, or nonprofit management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and guest management systems.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed.
  • Experience with volunteer management.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit operations.
