The Guest Services Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing the daily operations and overall guest experience throughout the Zoo. This position oversees admissions, animal interaction experiences, and rides including the carousel, zipline, and tram. The role also plays a critical operational leadership role in the execution of all public, private, and corporate events—including the 55-night holiday lights program—and oversees the Zoo’s new overnight lodge experience. The Guest Services Manager leads a team of supervisors and provides training, coaching, and strategic direction to ensure a seamless, safe, and engaging experience for all Zoo visitors.
