Requirements

  • Four (4) years previous experience in a public contact position, as well as supervisor experience.
  • College degree within the Travel Industry Management area can be substituted for previous work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in directing all phases of guest relations to the Front Office staff in conjunction with any guidance from the Director of Rooms.
  • Responsible for assisting in staff development and oversee all operations of the Front Desk, PBX and Night Audit shifts to ensure exceptional guest service experience.
  • Supports and implements policies and procedures for the staff set forth by management.
  • Maintains open communication with the Front Office team, Operations team, hosts, guests, owners and resolves issues and complaints to maximize guest satisfaction and staff morale.
  • Performs various administrative duties as assigned or as needed; coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Assist in overseeing disciplinary action, interviewing new hires and/or transfers, staff development, training and other needs that may be requested by department heads.
