Pilot Company is an industry-leading network of travel centers with over 750 retail and fueling locations. The Guest Services Leader, also referred to as a Shift Leader, is responsible for supervising employees and the general operations of the store. This role requires excellent customer service skills to meet customer needs and a self-motivated individual ready to assist managers with tasks to ensure facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of store operations and committed to quality and customer service, aligning with PFJ's values.
