The Guest Services Lead at Torreon Golf Club is responsible for overseeing daily outside service operations while delivering an exceptional arrival and departure experience for our members and guests. This position serves as the on-site leader for the outside services team and ensures that Torreon’s high standards of professionalism, organization, and hospitality are consistently met. Position Overview The Guest Services Lead manages cart staging, bag drop operations, practice facility presentation, and overall flow of play. This individual sets the tone for service culture by leading by example and providing direction, training, and support to Outside Services Attendants. Leadership & Service Standards The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts during busy tee times and events.
