The Golf Course Guest Services position works closely with the General Manager/Pro Shop Manager on the outside golf operations to assure a smooth transition for customers. Primary responsibility is cart cleanliness, staging, and storing. Must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide excellent service. Must be flexible in meeting the varying scheduling needs of the Course and may be required to work additional hours than scheduled, if necessary. Must be neat and well-groomed. This position requires a highly self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and interact with customers at a high-level. This is a non-supervisory position. Position is responsible for the routine maintenance of the pro-shop, driving range and cart facilities. Hours vary with the time of the year. Shift worked will vary depending upon schedule. Approximately 20 hours per week.
