The Guest Services Coordinator supports all areas of Guest Services as assigned; coordinates event logistics with other departments and outside parties; coordinates volunteers and staff as assigned; supports on site guest and event client communication as assigned; assures preparation of necessary materials and supplies; and provides proactive hospitality at all times. This position reports to the Attractions & Transportation Enhancement & Compliance Manager. San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance seeks an individual with prior experience coordinating operations within attractions, hospitality, and entertainment environments to join our Attractions & Transportation team. We seek an individual who will collaborate, brainstorm, problem-solve, and support daily operations with a commitment to safety and guest services. Strong organizational skills are required to stay on top of multitasking duties in a fast-moving environment without difficulty. Project management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs are strongly desired. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, collaborative, and personable applicants are encouraged to apply.
