The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests while working with our Valet and Bell Services team. This position requires a high level of energy and flexibility to work in a fast paced environment. The Coordinator greets guests, fulfills valet requests, collects payments, manages house car services and ensures accurate daily revenue posting from the Valet Desk. Additionally, the Coordinator manages bellman tasks efficiently, delivers luggage to guest rooms, organizes group deliveries and stores luggage in the Main Hotel Lobby.
