About The Position

The Guest Services Coordinator acts as the primary visitation representative for hospital patients, empathizing with patients and their family. This position is responsible for proactively managing any identified concerns, promoting teamwork, relationship building, and fostering a positive patient care atmosphere. Schedule: Shifts can vary from 8am-8pm, weekends included. Campus: Washington Twp but may travel to other campuses as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and communicate in the English language.
  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Prefer college experience or higher education.
  • Requires 3 – 5 years of prior customer service experience.
  • Must be organized and able to do multiple tasks.
  • Must be flexible and able to travel among the hospital sites.
