About The Position

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Bell Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Bell Attendants have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

Requirements

  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States.
  • Valid Drivers License & clean driving record.
  • Weekend & Holiday Availability Required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and escort them to their rooms.
  • Deliver luggage to room upon check-in and pick up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive.
  • Maintain proper records of deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Resolve customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
  • Greet all guests passing through lobby and offer them assistance when needed.
