As a guest services attendant, you will take on a versatile and dynamic role, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience across multiple areas of the facility, including the arcade, concessions, and ticketing stations. You will be a key part of our team, delivering exceptional service and helping create memorable experiences for guests of all ages. In this role, you will operate point -of -sale (POS) systems, assist guests with arcade gameplay, troubleshoot game and card issues, and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of arcade machines. Additionally, you will manage the redemption counter, helping guests select prizes and ensuring the area is well stocked and organized. At the concessions station, you will prepare and serve food and beverages while adhering to strict safety and hygiene standards. This includes operating POS systems to process orders accurately and maintaining the cleanliness of the concessions area, including countertops and equipment. At the ticketing station, you will greet guests warmly, answer questions about attractions, and assist with ticket purchases. You will operate POS systems, issue wristbands or passes, issue mini -golf and duckpin bowling equipment, and provide information about promotions, packages, and pricing options to help guests make the most of their visit. Throughout all areas of responsibility, you will deliver friendly and proactive customer service, assisting guests with inquiries, directions, and troubleshooting as needed. You will also respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment will be another key aspect of your role. You will ensure all assigned areas are well -maintained, report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly, and contribute to the overall upkeep of the facility. Collaboration is essential, and you will work closely with your team to ensure smooth operations, especially during special events, group bookings, or high -traffic periods. This position requires you to be at least 16 years of age, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer -focused attitude. Previous experience in customer service, food service, or hospitality is preferred but not required. Key qualities for success in this role include adaptability, as you will transition seamlessly between different responsibilities; attention to detail to ensure accuracy in food preparation, ticketing, and guest transactions; and strong problem -solving skills to address guest needs and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
