About The Position

The Guest Services Attendant (GSA) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and others entering the hospital. This role includes greeting, registering, and directing visitors and others, providing visitors passes and other forms of identification, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, enforcing visitation restrictions and requirements, and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff. Full Time Day Shift, hours are 5:30am-2:00pm with every other weekend and every other holiday required #READ

Requirements

Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
