Requirements
- Availability to work weekday evening shifts, with Saturday and/or Sunday availability
- An enthusiastic, energetic, and attentive personality!
- Detail oriented with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A strong work ethic that includes punctuality and dependability
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming experience for members, guests, and visitors
- Provide information about facility programs and schedules, assist guests in registering for activities, and direct guests throughout the facility
- Monitor visitor access and maintain awareness of facility security
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls or messages as needed
- Assist with daily facility tasks, including cleaning, laundry, opening/closing duties, shift checklists, and help support overall department and facility needs
- Support event and program setup and breakdown
- Receive and organize mail and deliveries
