Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; college education in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in a guest-facing role, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to ensure a smooth guest experience.
A collaborative mindset, willing to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computer systems and guest management software.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and a positive attitude.
A commitment to continuous learning and adapting to guest needs and industry trends.
